Organizational Reforms and Council Activities

To improve the effectiveness of party operations at the Central, District, Upazila, Union, and Ward levels, BRP is proposing a series of structural reforms and regular full council sessions to ensure active participation, organizational discipline, and proper leadership accountability throughout the party.

The party is also reviewing the status of long-term inactive committee members who have remained absent from party activities and council meetings. Necessary organizational actions may be taken to maintain an active and effective leadership structure.

Formation of Chairman’s Advisory Committee

As part of the proposed reforms, BRP plans to establish a “Chief Executive Chairman’s Advisory Committee” consisting of senior party leaders to strengthen strategic decision-making, policy coordination, and organizational guidance.

Transparent Membership and Disciplinary Process

New proposals are being introduced to ensure that member inclusion, promotions, disciplinary actions, and expulsions are conducted through a fair, transparent, and democratic process based on council approval and investigation procedures.

Financial Transparency and Centralized Management

To promote accountability and financial integrity, BRP is also emphasizing that all official party transactions must be conducted through authorized central party banking or approved mobile banking systems only.

Commitment to Democratic Reform

Bangladesh Reformist Party (BRP) firmly believes that political stability, organizational discipline, transparency, and democratic participation are essential foundations for a modern political movement. These proposed constitutional updates are part of BRP’s ongoing commitment to reform-oriented and people-centered politics.
